Lyall Bay / Melrose - Door-knocking

The Eastern Suburbs Team will meet at Yvonne's place on Saturday 19 August. There are also a few walks "on the flat" in Lyall Bay, which we can do if preferable. Door knocking is our most effective campaign tool so if you want to see a stronger Green presence in the next government please consider joining one of our door knocking teams. Doorknock in Manurewa

Join local Green Party volunteers for door knocking!

Door knocking is about conversations: You can share your views and values, listen to the real concerns of voters and help them understand what the Greens can offer. You don't have to be an expert on anything, it is about having meaningful interactions with people and exploring solutions.

We will meet at the Manurewa library for training and prep so you can feel confident and informed. Then we head out in teams of two (new volunteers will be paired up with more experienced door knockers) and we'll meet back again at 2.30pm for a de-brief and snacks.

Your contribution to our volunteer-led campaign is so crucial to the Green Party being strong enough (in Government!) to address the issues that really matter. This is grassroots in action.

These campaigning events will be a regular thing in Manurewa leading up to the September election, come along to one or as many as you can!

Northcote door knocking

Join our local Green Party volunteers for door knocking!

Door knocking is about having beautiful conversations with potential Green voters about what they care about, where they're at, what they value and helping them understand what the Greens can offer. You can share what you care about, what you like about the Greens or your own values, and you don't have to be an expert on anything.

Meet us a Hollywood Bakery and Espresso Cafe in Northcote Centre at 1pm for training and prep so you feel confident and informed. We'll head out in twos, with new volunteers paired up with more experienced door knockers. We'll meet back again at 3.30pm for a de-brief.

Your support in our volunteer-led campaign is crucial to the Green Party being strong enough in Government to address climate change and lift people out of poverty.

Our plan is that these campaigning events will be a regular occurrence in Northcote electorate leading up to the September election, so if you can't make this one, there always the next week!

Please RSVP.

New Lynn Doorknocking

Last weekend we had our most successful door knock yet - can we go one better this Saturday?

It's time to get stuck in. We want to be a government with integrity and we definitely don’t want to use poverty as a weapon against our own people. To make this change, we need to connect with thousands of voters so we can put a Green heart in government and mend the safety net! Can you join us door knocking this weekend to spread the word and help end poverty?

We’re running an energetic, people-powered campaign, talking to thousands of voters right across Aotearoa. We need help from people like you to join us door knocking and have conversations with as many voters as possible in New Lynn. The more conversations we have through door knocking, the stronger the support we’ll have for a Green heart in Government.

The Green Party believes that if you are working or on a benefit, you shouldn’t be living in poverty. Every conversation brings us closer to making a real difference for struggling families. Let’s mend the safety net!

See you this weekend!
